I have been with Capelouto well over 30 years. They have served me and my household so well it's hard to describe. Our technician Taz is extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and courteous. They have always explained any oftheir rare rate hikes and has given us time to adjust any of the hikes we have seen over 30 years. In fact, the price of their termite protection has gone down dramatically in the past 15 years. I cannot imagine any other company doing a better job.

My pest control tech Chris Menard is the best!! I get a detailed text the night before service about his plans, so I have a chance to air concerns and discuss changes. He knocks or waves on arrival, does his job quickly and thoroughly and answers any questions I have in detail. He sends a follow up report on his findings by email along with a link to pay the bill. Easy and efficient!

Wesley was the technian that inspected our termite stations. He was here on time and very personable and professional. He took me around and showed me where all the stations were located which made me feel comfortable that I received the service we paid for. Wesley also told me of other services Capelouto offered. They even called once when they knew we were out of town and saw thru the window that our turtle was flipped upside down in his tank. Matt Schaeffer came by this morning after we called last night. I saw 1 German roach on the outside of my back porch. German cockroaches carry disease and are very bad.Matt resprayed the entire exterior, sprayed the garage, and behind my kitchen cabinets as a precaution. He then used the paste to spot treat baseboard area in the garage.He was very professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using Capelouto! We have used them since we moved in in 2018. Capelouto has been servicing our home for decades and we've been extremely pleased with the service and the wonderful technicians we’ve had over the years. The treatment is effective for our wooded area and we’ve found the technicians to be knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate. The technicians check to be sure the service is meeting our needs. The company appears to take care to minimize potential pesticide exposure of its technicians and they, in turn, have always been careful not to expose our dogs and cats to the pesticides. I have used Capelouto for over 30 years for all types of pest control. I would not use anyone else, unless the acquisition by Terminix causes them to lose the home town flavor in a desire for more $$$ to feed the corporate entity!
